From San Francisco
Take I-80 East for approximately 31 miles.   Merge onto CA-37 West towards Napa. Take the CA-29 exit (Exit 19) towards Napa. After about 3/10 of a mile turn right onto Sonoma Blvd/CA-29. Continue to follow CA-29 for approximately 37 miles.   Upon entering Calistoga city limits watch the left side of the road for Calistoga Pottery, The Vallarta Market and then Lavender Hill Spa. Take I-80 East towards Richmond/Sacramento.   Merge ont CA-37 West towards Napa. Take the CA-29 exit(Exit 19) toward Napa   After about 3/10 of a mile turn right onto Sonoma Blvd/CA-29 North. Calistoga can be reached by all major highways in Northern California and is less than 2 hours from San Francisco, Oakland, Marin and Sacramento

What should I wear?
 Treatments at Lavender Hill Spa are very private.  Usually no clothing is worn, although if you are more comfortable you may choose to wear a swimsuit.



 What should I bring?
 We will provide with a robe, sandals, and towels.
You shouldn't need to bring anything with you.

 

Is it okay to eat or drink alcohol before treatments?
 It is recommended you allow at least 1 1/2 hours for your body to metabolize food before your spa treatments.  It is not recommend you consume alcohol before your treatments.   The combination of alcohol and heat related treatments can pose a health risk.
 


What if I am pregnant?
 Your treatments will need to be modified to accommodate your pregnancy.  Please advise the front desk when you call to reserve treatments.

 

Should I shower after treatments?
 We use the highest quality ingredients in all of our treatments and they leave your skin feeling and smelling wonderful so it is not recommended to shower.  However, if you prefer, we have a shower available in the main house restroom.  To avoid disturbing other guests during their peaceful spa treatments, we do not allow the use of hairdryers.
